Our History

Stephens Elementary School is a high-performing neighborhood school in North Houston. We serve more than 1,000 students from diverse backgrounds in Aldine Independent School District.

Our school symbol, the star, reflects our attitudes and beliefs about learning and the importance of our individual roles in maintaining the highest standards for our students. At Stephens we are focused on results.
